The Company: Dulux Rewards allows customers to build loyalty points from products purchased. These points once accumulated can be used to claim gifts from their reward site.
EDMs: Monthly emails would be sent out to customers who were signed up to the rewards program reminding of the points they had. Through dynamic content the products displayed would differ due to the amount of points a user owned.
